The Guided Package delivered over 8 weeks is designed for women who want personalised nutrition support.

It allows time to reflect, adjust, and build lasting habits.

You will begin with a 90-minute one-on-one Nutrition Consultation, led by an Accredited Practicing Dietitian & Nutritionist.

This initial session will help us together understand and establish how you feel, what you have tried, and where you are stuck. From there, we build practical strategies that fit your life, not someone else’s plan.

Between sessions, you will have tools to help you stay focused.

These include a guided workbook, a recipe collection, and a habit and well-being tracker. These tools will help you see and manage your progress easily.

The initial consultation will be followed by two 45-minute, one-on-one Nutrition consultations, each designed to educate and guide your progress forward, so you can finish feeling capable, nourished and in control to make lasting changes

      • Contain an Intake Form & 3-Day Food Diary - required to prepare for your appointment

  • Please note: This program is focused on prevention and overall health improvement, rather than chronic disease management. As such, it is not eligible for Medicare rebates. However, private health insurance rebates may be available depending on your provider and level of cover. We recommend checking with your insurer for details. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and applicable rebates can be claimed after each appointment.
